In part 1, I spoke about the first 3 major things to think about when planning a party sound system. The event, venue and Guests… thats the key things what about the rest of the point that you would want to think about.
At the end of the day, parties are all about bringing people together and having fun. Keeping this in mind throughout the process and using it as a compass as you make your major party planning decisions is a foolproof way to throw one of the best parties of all time.
Sounds and Lights – If you are having a day time party outdoors, your going to need a big sound system, but lights (enless you party into the night) are not going to work that well, but effects such as bubbles and smoke might support the sounds playing
Singing Live – If you plan to have a sing-a-long or karaoke you will not only need sounds out but also Mircophones & Screens to display the words. Some weddings and other events have a ‘first dance live’ singer, you should ask your DJ or event planner to make sure everyone is aware this is happening and plan, test and practice this live section until its perfect.
Silent Disco? – If loud music is just not your thing, no problem, think about a LIVE DJ (or 2) with a silent Disco system, with most systems you can have more than one DJ or music stream playing at once. So nanna can listen to golden oldies and the kids can pump it up to Dance Monkey & all the latest party hits.
