20 to 70 People

Weston Cricket Club – A small bar with a side room for food etc, can be privately rented for a small fee, they have a bar that is staffed for your event, lots of car parking and a 12am Licence, and a small dance floor.

Weston Super Mare [Sunnyside] Social Club – An upstairs room with a bar large dance floor, can be used for dancing, bingo and most types of event. world suit the top end of this section people wise as the room is quite big, drinks are well priced but has not got the biggest car park.

Olea – A bar in the centre of the town on waterloo street, with a good size upstairs room, can be set up with or without tables, they can supply bar staff and catering at this venue, nice staff, room is fully carpeted (no dance floor), again would suit 50 or more people easily. Not the cheapest for drinks but because of its location, great to going OUT OUT after the event.

The Stable Games Room – A lovely little venue, with a bar with staff, on the main high street opposite the Weston playhouse, room is sort of in 2 half’s with the bar in the middle, great for food and drinks, they do have a hard floor that can be used for dancing. Drinks are well priced, food can be offered. They are also connected to The stable main building if you needed multiply rooms.

70 to 150 People

Worlebury Golf Club – Private functions can be catered for here at Worlebury, at a fraction of the cost of other local high prestige venues. our stunning backdrop overlooking the Bristol Channel and the South Wales Coastline can enhance any wedding, anniversaries, birthdays 25+ and wakes.

Weston Football Club (Winterstoke Ground) – The spacious lounge measures 25m x 12m with a stage for presentations and an adjacent room for storage. When set up as ‘theatre-style’ conference facility it can seat up to 250 people. Other configurations can be achieved by utilising our large selection of round, oblong and square tables in conjunction with the seating. The conference lounge has it’s own well stocked bar and our fully equipped kitchen can provide a wide range of refreshment. For evening functions the Somerset Suite can be dressed for a formal dinner or less formal party for up to 150 people. The fully equipped kitchen can provided a range of menus. From a light, cold buffet to a full and extensive dinner menu. The well stocked bar is also available.

Weston Golf Club – The Lounge Bar is an ideal venue for private functions – perhaps an anniversary dinner or for celebrating a special birthday. The catering provided is second to none, and all occasions can be catered for.

Weston Museum – Hireable rooms are suitable for most types of private and corporate hire (including exhibitions). Our impressive architecture creates the perfect backdrop for your chosen event. Located a short walk from the beach and the High Street.

Ebdon Arms (Wick) – A nice local pub with a large function room, on the ground floor, with a dance floor, bar and connected to the main pub. Lots of tables, would suit larger parties, live bands and music, good car park, downside is its out in the countryside (suburban) so late night finishing will almost always need drivers or taxis.

Stones (Knightstone Island) – Stones as the venue in Weston-super-Mare, Stones offers panoramic views over Weston bay and with a separate, private function room available and flexible layouts, we are able to cater for those smaller, more intimate occasions or larger events for 70+ guests.

Large Venues (150+)

Weston Pier – With multiple rooms of different sizes, this venue is great for larger parties big weddings, Christmas events with the bonus of the views out to sea and the games & machines to play on.

Winter Gardens – With a large hall with centre dance floor, and smaller rooms available, this venue has a great position, lots of car parking near by, for Weddings, live music concerts and any other reason you can think to have a party.
